HHS, the Labor Department and the Treasury Department on Wednesday updated the Summary of Benefits and Coverage template and Uniform Glossary - the Obamacare-mandated plain-language forms insurers must provide to customers. Included in their updates: a template for more information about the costs and coverage options for consumers.
