He put in extra time and thought into my situation and circumstances, and was able to find me better premiums, even when it seemed impossible!! I would highly recommend him for anyone who wants someone who is excellent at his job and will work hard to help you find the best insurance plan available!!

My first introduction to Steve Downey was through my parents, who were faithful clients of his. He handled all their insurance needs (and still does to this day!), so when it was time for me to obtain my own coverage, there was never any question of going anywhere else. So, I guess I could be considered a "legacy client", and for good reason. Downey Insurance has done a spectacular job of providing both generations of my family with top notch, yet affordable insurance products. He is unfailingly patient and swiftly responsive in his communications and is always a pleasure to deal with.
